Dr. Hunsaker is a graduate of Brigham Young University, the Northwestern University School of Dentistry, and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and has been creating beautiful smiles for over 30 years. His focus has always been quality treatment and patient comfort, which has meant continued education as well.
Dr. Hunsaker has dedicated much of his recent work to the amazing developments in cosmetic aesthetic, and neuromuscular dentistry. He has completed more post-graduate training at LVI than any other Arizona dentist. The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) is the world’s premier postgraduate teaching facility. Dr. Hunsaker is currently completing the requirements for a Master’s-level certification from LVI and now dedicates a large portion of his time to treating aesthetic patients.

Dr. Hunsaker is a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona State Dental Association and the Northern Arizona Dental Society and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hunsaker takes the time to become involved with the community. He has held a variety of church and community leadership positions, including a mission to Germany. He’s involved with the Boy Scouts of America, Rotary Club, and other community organizations. In addition, he has published numerous articles teaching people how to be smart dental consumers, and has lectured about the latest technology in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Hunsaker’s leisure time is spent with his family, church and community. He has volunteered for a variety of church and community leadership positions, including two years as a missionary in Germany, a leader in the Boy Scouts of America, Community Board President, and secretary to the Rotary Club. He also publishes helpful consumer articles, and lectures on the latest technology in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Other interests include backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, and gardening.
